Fire Control Plan15 Clause Samples

The Fire Control Plan clause outlines the requirements for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive plan to prevent, detect, and respond to fire hazards within a facility or project site. Typically, this clause mandates the identification of fire risks, the installation and maintenance of fire detection and suppression equipment, and the training of personnel in fire safety procedures. By setting clear expectations for fire prevention and emergency response, the clause helps minimize the risk of fire-related incidents and ensures the safety of personnel and property.
