FIREARMS, WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS DEVICES. The possession of firearms, ammunition, and any weapons including but not limited to knives, bows, guns, BB guns, paint ball guns, soft air guns, martial art weapons, brass knuckles, Tasers, slingshots, and launching devices, is prohibited in on-campus housing. This also extends to any projectile objects, fireworks, gunpowder and other explosive or potentially dangerous objects used for anything other than their intended purpose. Residents who, for religious purposes, are required to possess an item that would otherwise be prohibited under this section may petition the Division of Student Affairs for a religious exemption.

City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.
