Firefighter Property Program. Upon request from the Department, and subject to its compliance with the requirements imposed by law and this Agreement to administer, account for, use and dispose of Department of Defense (DOD) excess firefighting and firefighting support equipment acquired by DNR under the Firefighter Property Program (FFP), DNR will transfer such equipment to the Department on a most needed basis. See Attachment C - Firefighter Property Program, which is incorporated by reference herein.

Firefighter Property Program. Upon request from the District/Department, and subject to District/Department compliance with the requirements imposed by law and this Agreement to administer, account for, use and dispose of Department of Defense (DOD) excess property, ODF will facilitate transfer of such property to the District/Department under the Firefighter Property (FFP) program, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2576b. Federal regulations are amended from time to time and District/Department agrees to comply with current and future regulations.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
