The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
If the School fails to meet its academic performance indicators in any year it must develop, submit, and begin implementing a School Improvement Plan within 60 days of the release of the academic performance information.
The School Improvement Plan will be submitted to the Commission, but the Commission will not evaluate the quality of, or approve, the plan.
