Common use of Firefighting Equipment Clause in Contracts

Firefighting Equipment. 10.1 The City shall provide each employee covered by this Agreement save and except Fire Dispatchers, with one (1) set of firefighting equipment which shall include rubber boots, helmet, helmet liner, service coat, turnout pants, service belt, leather work gloves and any such equipment as may be recommended by the Fire Chief and approved by the City Manager. In addition each employee who requires bedding shall be issued two (2) blankets.
