Firm Bids. All bids received shall be considered valid for not less than ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. Pricing shall be firm for the length of the contract, including any renewals.

Firm Bids. All bids submitted to the Owner shall be firm and irrevocable for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening. At any time within this period, the Owner may award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
