FIRM PRICES. The bidder/proposer warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its response will be firm throughout the duration of the contract unless otherwise specified in the Formal Solicitation. Such prices will remain firm for the period of performance or resulting purchase orders or contracts, which are to be performed or supplied over a period of time.

FIRM PRICES. Vendor warrants that the Unit Prices shall remain firm for the initial Twelve-Month Period (as defined below).

Bidders must make allowances for any and all peripheral costs associated with the Work. These allowances must be reflected in the unit prices bid per Work rendered. Bids having statements subject to unlimited price increase and/or addressing unknown charges above and beyond the unit prices quoted to Rio Grande City will not be considered and shall be looked upon as non-responsive. Bids submitted on the basis of “prices in effect at time of shipment, or with the potential of added costs based on market fluctuations and/or trends shall not be considered and shall be looked upon as non- responsive.
FIRM PRICES. (f) The Bidder shall quote a fixed price for the goods inclusive of sixty months comprehensive onsite warranty as detailed in the RFP on a single responsibility basis. UPLC reserves the right to procure the goods and sixty months for comprehensive warranty listed in this RFP in whole or in part. No adjustment of the Agreement price shall be made on account of any variations in costs of labor, raw material and supplier materials or any other cost component affecting the total cost in fulfilling the obligations under the Agreement. The payment based on commercial proposal of the Bidder shall be the only payment, payable by U.P Electronics Corporation Limited / High Court, to the selected Bidder for completion of the contractual obligations by the selected Bidder under the Agreement, subject to the terms of payment specified in the Agreement. The price would be inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges and levies as applicable.

FIRM PRICES. 2.1.1 Tenderer shall quote rates for the total bill of calibration and service contract inclusive of servicetax if any both in figures and words. No extra claim shall be claimed due to fluctuation of market rates or any increase or face imposition of levies /duties for completion of the work.
