Length of the Contract. The services of Grantee are to commence January 1, 2025 and continue through December 31, 2025, unless this contract is canceled in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
Length of the Contract. Once approved, the renewal of RHPCS’ charter will be ongoing until revoked, in compliance with current Idaho code.
Length of the Contract. The term of the Master Agreements awarded under this solicitation will run from contract execution to September 15, 2026. The awarded Master Agreements will all expire on September 15, 2026.
Length of the Contract. (a) The Contract shall come into force on and with effect from the date of acceptance by us of your order and (unless otherwise agreed by us in writing) shall continue for a period of twelve calendar months from the date of our first sales invoice to you for the Services ordered. Unless indicated by either party, in writing, either during the term of the contract or within fourteen days from the expiration date of the Contract, that the Contract is to not be renewed on its anniversary date, the Contract shall automatically renew for the same period of time, to the period of time that it was entered into in the first instance. This renewal process will recur on each anniversary date of the Contract.
(b) When (at any time after you have entered into agreeing with our terms and conditions for the first time) you order additional services from us, upon the date that each of these new services are provided, each of them will invoke a ‘new instance of our most recent terms and conditions at that date’, being agreed by you.
Length of the Contract. 4.1.- The provision of this service will have an initial duration of 2 years from the date of contract formalization, with the possibility of two-year extension. If approved by VHIR as the contracting entity, the extension will be compulsory for the contractor in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of the LCSP. The start date of the Framework Agreement will be the one stated during its formalization. In no case will the tacit renewal of the validity of the contract proceed. The extension will be agreed by the contracting body of the VHIR and will be obligatory for the contractor, provided that the notice has occurred at least two months before the termination of the contract duration.
4.2.- The extension must be formalized in writing by means of a document subscribed by both parties with a minimum of 1 month before the end of the contract (as well as partial installments, if applicable) or any of their extensions.
4.3.- The place of performance will be established in section E of the Characteristics Table of the Specific Administrative Terms and Conditions that govern the contract.

The Contract shall come into force on and with effect from the date of acceptance by us of your order and (unless otherwise agreed by us in writing) shall continue for a period of thirty-six calendar (36) months from the date of our first sales invoice to you for the Services ordered. Unless indicated by either party, in writing, either during the term of the contract or within fourteen (14) days from the expiration date of the Contract, that the Contract is to not be renewed on its anniversary date, the Contract shall automatically renew for the same period, to the period that it was entered in the first instance. This renewal process will recur on each anniversary date of the Contract.
5.2. If you order additional services from us, upon the date that each of these new services are provided, each of them will invoke a 'new instance of our most recent terms and conditions at that date', being agreed by you.
Length of the Contract. The contract resulting from this RFGA will be for five (5) years. xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx Offerors are prohibited from communications regarding this RFGA with Baby Watch Early Intervention Program staff, evaluation committee members, or other associated individuals EXCEPT the identified contact individual overseeing this RFGA. The state reserves the right to conduct discussions with the Offerors who submit Applications determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award, followed by an opportunity to make best and final offers. Applications may be accepted without discussions.
Length of the Contract. 1. The Contract shall come into force on and with effect from the date of acceptance by us stated on the contract (“Commencement Date”) subject to the provisions of this Agreement. The minimum period of the contract is as per the term stated in the minimum period section of the contract of service. The contract will continue after its minimum period for a further 12 months, unless and until terminated by either party hereto giving at least three months’ notice in writing by Recorded Delivery post to the other, expiring at the end of the original minimum period or on any subsequent 12-month anniversary thereafter.
2. If any services are requested by the customer to be added to the Customer’s account following the signature of this contract or rate changes or tariff changes made the entire contract will automatically renew for a further 12 months or any other agreed term as stated in the Minimum Contract Term (in months) on the Contract of Service.

Length of the Contract. 3.1 The contract shall come into force on and with effect from the date of acceptance by us stated overleaf "contract commencement date” subject to the provisions of these terms, these terms will continue in force after the primary period for the duration of the contract unless and until terminated by either party hereto giving at least three months’ notice in writing by recorded delivery post to the other, expiring at the end of the primary period or on any subsequent anniversary thereof. The contract ‘term’ is valid from the billing commencement date.
3.2 If any additional services are requested by the customer to be added to the customer’s account following the signature of this contract, or rate changes or tariff changes are made, the primary period will start again from the date such additional services are added or the changes are made, or if relevant, any other agreed term shall apply as stated in the special arrangements section on the third page of this document.
