First Aid Rooms. (a) Where applicable, the Company will provide and maintain a first aid room in keeping with applicable legislation. No person shall be allowed to enter said room unless accompanied by the Industrial First Aid Attendant. (b) Through the joint safety committees at each location, the Committees will review the first aid requirements to determine the most appropriate standards in keeping with regulatory requirements

First Aid Rooms. Standard The General Requirements for cleaning shall apply. Current BICS (Edition 3) cleaning Standards are to be applied. To be cleaned to the Hygiene Standard as described within Appendix B - Cleaning Standard or as otherwise detailed by the Contracting Body. The area or room should be visibly clean with no blood and body substances, scum, dust, lime scale, stains, deposit or smears on completion of clean. .
First Aid Rooms. Where provided will include as a minimum a Basic First Aid Kit (referred to above), as well as a sink and wash basin, kidney tray, medical examination couch with blankets and pillows and any additional requirements as assessed in 8.1 plus suitable oxygen equipment where required.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums. b) Where a company is paying a bonus or premium(s) greater than set out above, it shall keep such policy in effect. c) Effective July 1, 1994, premiums for designated First Aid Tickets shall be: Xxxxx 0 - $0.85 per hour Xxxxx 0 - $0.50 per hour

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.
