Fiscal Non-funding. In the event sufficient budgeted funds are not available for a new fiscal period, the City shall notify the CONSULTANT of such occurrence and this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the current fiscal period without penalty or expense to the City. The CONSULTANT will be paid for all services rendered through the date of termination.
Fiscal Non-funding. In the event sufficient budgeted funds are not available for payment to Supplier for a new fiscal period, County shall notify Supplier of such occurrence and PO will terminate on the last day of the current fiscal period without penalty or expense to County.

In the event sufficient budgeted funds are not available for a new fiscal period, the VILLAGE shall notify the VENDOR of such occurrence and this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the current fiscal period without penalty or expense to the VILLAGE. The VENDOR will be paid for all services rendered through the date of termination.
Fiscal Non-funding. If funds for the requested services described herein are not appropriated via the annual budget adoption process, the City reserves the right to cancel this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the vendor.

Fiscal Non-funding. The Agreement is not a general obligation of the COUNTY. It is understood that neither this Agreement nor any representation by any COUNTY employee or officer creates any obligation to appropriate or make monies available for the purpose of the Agreement beyond the fiscal year in which this Agreement is executed. No liability will be incurred by the COUNTY, or any department, beyond the monies budgeted and available for this purpose. In the event that sufficient budgeted funds are not available for a new fiscal period, COUNTY will notify the CONTRACTOR of such occurrence and the Agreement will terminate on the last day of the then-current fiscal period without penalty or expense to the COUNTY.
Fiscal Non-funding. In the event sufficient budgeted funds are not available for a new Fiscal Year, the Authority shall timely notify Contractor of such occurrence prior to the end of the current Fiscal Year and this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the current Fiscal Year.

In the event sufficient budgeted funds are not available for a new fiscal year, the City shall notify the CONSULTANT of such occurrence and this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the current fiscal period without penalty or expense to the City. The CONSULTANT will be paid for all services rendered through the date of termination.
Fiscal Non-funding. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the continuation of this Agreement is contingent upon the appropriation of funds by the County to fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. In the event the County terminates this Agreement based on fiscal non-funding, then such termination shall be without penalty or expense to the County or the Friends, except for obligations that have arisen prior to the termination date.
