Ownership ofDocuments. The drawings, specifications, calculations, supporting documents, or other work products which are prepared for the City by the CONSULTANT under this Agreement, a City issued Task Order, or amendments thereto ("Work Product"), shall be and shall become the property of the City upon delivery or completion by the CONSULTANT or receipt of payment from the City for the same. The CONSULTANT may keep copies or samples thereof and shall have the right to use such Work Product. The City accepts sole responsibility for its reuse of any Work Product in a manner other than as initially intended, or for any use of incomplete Work Product unless prior written approval is obtained from the CONSULTANT.

Ownership ofDocuments. After Consultant has been paid for its services, Consultant agrees that all documents produced in the performance ofthis Agreement shall be the sole property ofthe City including all rights therein of whatever kind and whether arising from common or civil law or equity. The Work shall be used solely for the project for which it was originally intended.

  • Ownership of Documents The County has permanent ownership of all directly connected and derivative materials produced under this Contract by the Subrecipient. All documents, reports and other incidental or derivative work or materials furnished hereunder shall become and remains the sole property of the County and may be used by the County as it may require without additional cost to the County.
