Five Hour Response and Tune-Up Scheduling. The purchase of the Premium Heating Service Agreement for Furnace, the Premium Heating Service Agreement for Boiler, or the Labor Coverage Service Agreement will guarantee the customer that SMO will respond to their residence within five (5) hours of receiving a call for “No Heat.” In the event that SMO fails to perform to this standard, the customer will receive a $50 credit on their fuel account. SMO does not guarantee five-hour response if road conditions are unsafe or when SMO weather contingency plans are in effect. SMO’s primary tune-up season will run from April 1st through October 1st.This service is provided under the agreement but in itself holds no monetary value. SMO will make every effort to contact the customer to schedule their tune-up during that time frame; however it is the customer’s responsibility to have this important service scheduled. Failure to do so could result in the forfeiture of service coverage.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
