Fixed Fee Compensation. The Owner shall compensate the CM for performing Basic Services related to the Projects described in Article 2 with a fixed fee calculated as follows: Percentage of MACC (the Maximum Allowable Construction Cost, or the Final Actual Construction Cost if greater) per Exhibit A billed on a monthly basis for services rendered. The fixed fee provides for Basic Services and, as provided in Exhibit A, includes Construction Management and FFE Services in accordance with Article 3 Basic Services.

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
