Flex-Schedule Employees. The Employer may assign employees (by seniority bidding) where the primary responsibility is to provide work coverage for other employees’ work schedules as the need arises and as determined by the Employer. Such employees shall be identified in the bid as the flex-schedule employees. Flex-schedule employees shall have the following conditions as part of their work schedule:
