Flexible Lunch Break. 13.5.1 All parties agree to the concept of an extended span of hours for the lunch break to be taken, the extended span of hours for the lunch break will be between 11.00 am and 1:00 pm, the finish time for lunch can extend past the 1:00 pm time without penalty rates applying.
