Common use of Flexible Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Flexible Remuneration. 23.2.1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of any award/certified agreement applying to the Company at the commencement of this Clause an employee may participate in a salary sacrifice program in relation to superannuation contributions. 23.2.2. The employee may request to receive ordinary time wages payable in accordance with this agreement minus an amount diverted into additional superannuation contributions under this program. 23.2.3. Any request to participate in the program shall be in a form approved by the company. 23.2.4. An employee who takes any paid leave shall receive the ordinary wages payable after deductions made under this Clause in lieu of salary and wages and other amounts payable under the relevant award/agreement. 23.2.5. Any other award/agreement payment (including overtime, annual leave loading and termination payments) will be calculated as if the contribution in 23.2.2 had not been deducted from the wages. 23.2.6. Each employee participating in the program under this Clause shall receive written confirmation of relevant information, including the post arrangement gross wage rates, net wage rates and any other payment that may be affected by the arrangement. 23.2.7. Written confirmation as specified in subclause 23.2.6 above shall be provided again whenever the employee’s wage rate changes.

The maximum amount allowed to be sacrificed shall be in line with Company Policy (currently $1000 per annum). 23.2.2. (ii) The employee may request to receive ordinary time wages payable in accordance with this agreement Agreement minus an amount diverted into additional superannuation contributions in Iieu of the purchase of Company’s product under this program. 23.2.3. (iii) Any request to participate in the program shall be in a form approved by the companyCompany. 23.2.4. (iv) An employee who takes any paid leave shall receive the ordinary wages payable after deductions made under this Clause clause in lieu of salary and wages and other amounts payable under the relevant award/agreement. 23.2.5. (v) Any other award/agreement payment (including overtime, annual leave loading and termination payments) will be calculated as if the contribution in 23.2.2 cl. 34)b)(ii) had not been deducted from the wages. 23.2.6. (vi) Each employee participating in the program under this Clause clause shall receive written confirmation of relevant information, including the post arrangement gross wage rates, net wage rates and any other payment that may be affected by the arrangement. 23.2.7. (vii) Written confirmation as specified in subclause 23.2.6 cl. 34)b)(v) above shall be provided again whenever the employee’s 's wage rate changes.

(iii) Any request to participate in the program shall be in a form approved by the companyCompany. 23.2.4. (iv) An employee who takes any paid leave shall receive the ordinary wages payable after deductions made under this Clause clause in lieu of salary and wages and other amounts payable under the relevant award/agreement. 23.2.5. Any other award/agreement payment (including this Agreement, except that overtime, annual leave loading and termination payments) payments will be calculated as if the contribution in 23.2.2 sub- clause 25(a) had not been deducted from the wages. 23.2.6. (v) Each employee participating in the program under this Clause clause shall receive written confirmation of relevant information, including the post arrangement gross wage rates, net wage rates and any other payment that may be affected by the arrangement. 23.2.7. (vi) Written confirmation as specified in subclause 23.2.6 24(a)(v) above shall be provided again whenever the employee’s 's wage rate changes.
