Flexible Time Bands. That portion of the workday during which an employee has the option to select and/or vary starting or quitting times within the limits established in this article. 1. For all offices except the National Hearing Centers/National Case Assistance Centers, the flexible time bands are: Morning Flexible Time Band: 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Afternoon Flexible Time Band: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Double Time Double time will be paid as follows: (a) For time worked on the calendar Sunday. (b) For time worked on the calendar holidays designated in Section (12.1).

The County shall maintain this plan in compliance with IRC §125. Employee premiums for flexible spending account benefits shall be deducted on a pre-tax basis from employee pay.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who: (i) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirement specified in subparagraph 17.05(a)(ii) solely because a concurrent entitlement to benefits under the Disability Insurance (DI) Plan, the Long-term Disability (LTD) Insurance portion of the Public Service Management Insurance Plan (PSMIP) or via the Government Employees Compensation Act prevents the employee from receiving Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits, and (ii) has satisfied all of the other eligibility criteria specified in paragraph 17.05(a), other than those specified in sections (A) and (B) of subparagraph 17.05(a)(iii), shall be paid, in respect of each week of benefits under the parental allowance not received for the reason described in subparagraph (i), the difference between ninety-three per cent (93%) of the employee's rate of pay and the gross amount of his or her weekly disability benefit under the DI Plan, the LTD Plan or via the Government Employees Compensation Act. (b) An employee shall be paid an allowance under this clause and under clause 17.05 for a combined period of no more than the number of weeks during which the employee would have been eligible for parental, paternity or adoption benefits under the Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan, had the employee not been disqualified from Employment Insurance or Québec Parental Insurance Plan benefits for the reasons described in subparagraph (a)(i).

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Group Term Life Insurance The Welfare Plan will include Group Term Life Insurance in accordance with the following Table of Hourly Job Rate Brackets and corresponding coverages. Benefits will be payable as a result of death from any cause on a twenty-four (24) hour coverage basis.
