SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS. Should the requirements of the business change an employee's scheduling of hours, the matter will be discussed with the Union, the Company agrees to give the Union notice as soon as possible of changes in the schedule of working hours. The Company will provide notice of change in shift hours by 3:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding the week in which the full-time employee’s shift hours will be changed. This clause does not apply to part-time employees. If such notice is not provided the affected employees will be paid a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) bonus.
SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS. The Department Head shall determine the schedule of working hours for each employee in accordance with the needs of the department.
SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURS. A. As specified in the Contract, the Contractor shall submit a schedule of working hours, including overtime to City for acceptance. This schedule shall comply with all Contract requirements. Except as permitted elsewhere in the Contract Documents or in the case of an emergency, all Work at the Site shall be performed between the hours of 7am and 6 pm Monday through Friday. B. The schedule of working hours accepted by City shall be the only schedule used by the Contractor during performance of the Contract, unless amended to maintain Work progress. C. The Contractor shall provide 48 hours advance written Notice of any intent to work outside of approved working hours. Any work at the Site performed outside approved working hours shall be performed without additional expense to City, except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall comply with Xxxxxx Island Code Section 8.24.020 (Q) which prohibits construction related noise outside designated hours except in cases of emergency or demonstrated necessity.
SCHEDULE OF WORKING HOURSA schedule of working hours is defined as a written statement setting forth the days and shifts which employees are required to work during a two (2) week period. a) The schedule of working hours shall be posted fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the commencement of the first shift that is being posted. b) The schedule of working hours, once posted, will not be changed except in case of emergency, a situation beyond the control of the employer, or to accommodate Article 17.03. c) The schedule of working hours will be posted in the appropriate work areas.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY.   • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Work Hours Except in emergencies, the standard work week of full-time unit employees shall normally consist of five (5) days of eight (8) hours each, exclusive of lunch hour. Each employee shall be assigned regular starting and ending times, which shall not be changed without prior notice. Should an employee be required to work during his/her lunch hour, the length of such interruption shall be counted as time worked unless other arrangements are made with his/her supervisor.

  • Posting of Work Schedules Work schedules shall be written in ink and posted and maintained in such a way as to provide every employee an opportunity to know her shift schedule for an advanced period of six (6) weeks.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week for full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours, exclusive of the time allotted for meal periods, consisting of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The week shall commence with the shift that includes 12:01 A.M. Sunday of each calendar week and end at the start of the shift that includes 12:00 midnight the following Saturday. The Employer retains the right to modify the work schedules to meet operational needs.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.
