Common use of Flexible Work Schedule Clause in Contracts

Flexible Work Schedule. A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

Flexible Work Schedule. For example, a unit member required to care for a family member for a six (6) week period could begin work at 10 a.m. and end work at 8 p.m. A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not must comply with all other provisions of this Agreement and relevant laws.
