Common use of Flight Crew Training Course Clause in Contracts

Flight Crew Training Course. 16.7.1.1 The Seller will perform a flight crew training course program for the Buyer’s flight crews. A flight crew will consist of two pilots, as defined in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The training manual used will be the Seller’s Flight Crew Operating Manual or the Buyer’s Flight Crew Operating Manual, as applicable. 16.7.1.2 The Buyer will use its delivered Aircraft for any required in-flight training. This training will not exceed one (1) session of one and a half (1.5) hours per pilot. When in-flight crew training is performed in Blagnac, France, the Seller will provide free-of-charge line maintenance, including servicing, preflight checks and changing of minor components, subject to conditions agreed in this Agreement. 16.7.1.3 The Buyer will provide mutually agreed spare parts as required to support said in-flight training and will provide evidence of insurance coverage consistent with Clause 19. 16.7.1.4 In all cases, the Buyer will bear the expenses of fuel, oil and landing fees.
