Flight Crews. The Company shall provide a qualified flight crew for each flight conducted in accordance with this Agreement. The members of the flight crew may be either employees or independent contractors of the Company. In either event, the flight crew shall be and remain under the exclusive command and control of the Company in all phases of all flights conducted under this Agreement.
