CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. Lessor shall ensure that for each flight conducted under this Agreement, the Aircraft has been properly inspected and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration; and all aircraft equipment and systems are in correct operating condition. Lessor shall be solely responsible for securing all maintenance, preventive maintenance and required inspections of the Aircraft, and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft. No period of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, unless such maintenance or inspection can be safely conducted at a later time in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and within the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command.

CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. The Aircraft at the time of return to Lessor shall have been maintained and repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program and this Lease, shall be in as good operating condition and appearance as when delivered, with all of the Aircraft equipment, components and systems functioning in accordance with their intended use, taking due account in each case of ordinary wear and tear, with no obvious damage. The Airframe shall satisfy the following conditions: if the C Check (or its then equivalent) is performed in segments, Lessee shall complete the next segment check within 100 Flight Hours prior to return and shall rectify all Discrepancies revealed by such check. If the Airframe is not on a segmented maintenance program, it shall have not less than the lesser of (i) one-half time, or (ii) 2,000 Flight Hours or 12 months, whichever is applicable, remaining until the next scheduled structural inspection. Upon return of the Aircraft, all on-condition and condition-monitored components shall be serviceable. Each applicable Airframe component shall have remaining not less than the lesser of (i) one-half time, or (ii) 12 months.
CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. The Aircraft, all Parts and components at the time of return to Lessor shall be in full compliance with all provisions of Exhibit H hereto.
CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. Upon the Return Occasion, Lessee shall, at its cost, cause the Aircraft to comply with all of the Return Conditions.

CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. 2.1 It shall be a condition precedent to Buyer's obligation to purchase the Aircraft that, at the time of delivery, Buyer has confirmed that: (a) The Aircraft is in an airworthy condition with all systems functioning to Buyer's satisfaction and in accordance with any applicable manufacturers' specifications. (b) The Aircraft is free of material corrosion, has no damage history (it being understood that as used herein "damage history" does not include normal ordinary course wear and tear on the Aircraft) and all FAA Form 337s for major repairs due to damage to the Aircraft have been issued. (c) The Aircraft shall be current with respect to its manufacturer's recommended maintenance program, with all calendar and hourly inspections current through the time of delivery, and Buyer shall have received satisfactory evidence thereof. (d) The Aircraft shall be in compliance with (i) all FAA Airworthiness Directives, (ii) all Mandatory Aircraft Service Bulletins, (iii) all Gulfstream Alert Customer Bulletins, (iv) all Aircraft Service Changes listed on Exhibit D hereto and (v) any other applicable regulations of the FAA. (e) The Aircraft shall be delivered with less than 3,275 hours of total time on the airframe and the engines and with at least 50% life remaining on each brake. (f) Seller shall have removed all logos on the exterior and interior of the Aircraft.
CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. The Aircraft shall be sold by Seller to Buyer “AS IS” and “WHERE IS,” as further described in Section 6.2 below and Buyer expressly agrees to take the Aircraft on such basis. Buyer has based decisions to buy the Aircraft on Aero California’s use under the Lease and the Buyer Parties’ own inspections and review, and Buyer has not relied on any representations or warranties of Seller or Seller’s agents except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. 2.1 Buyer shall have the right to confirm through the Inspection that the Aircraft is in the following condition: 2.1.1 in an airworthy condition, with all systems functioning in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications; 2.1.2 current on the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance program with all calendar and hourly inspections current through the date of delivery; 2.1.3 in compliance with all FAA Airworthiness Directives and Manufacturer’s Mandatory Service Bulletins; 2.1.4 with no damage history; and 2.1.5 current and paid up on the ESP program with respect to the engines and the CAMP maintenance tracking program, Seller’s responsibilities for said programs terminate on closing date;
CONDITION OF THE AIRCRAFT. For the satisfactory performance of the Contract, whether bidders intend to buy or lease or owned this Aircraft.
