Common use of FLOATING HOLIDAY LEAVE TIME Clause in Contracts

FLOATING HOLIDAY LEAVE TIME. Unit employees shall be eligible to receive forty-eight (48) hours of paid Floating Holiday leave time each July. Eight (8) of these hours have been provided in recognition of Xxxxx Xxxxxx day.

FLOATING HOLIDAY LEAVE TIME. Unit 1. Full-time benefited unit employees shall be eligible to receive forty-forty- eight (48) hours of paid Floating Holiday leave time each Julyfiscal year. Eight (8) of these hours have been provided in recognition of Xxxxx Xxxxxx day. Floating Holiday hours taken as time off must be used prior to the first pay check in July. Remaining Floating Holiday balances shall be paid in the first pay check in July. The new accrual bank will be available and eligible for use in the first full pay period that begins after July 1st.
