FMLA/OFLA Leaves. 25 i. The County will contribute toward 26 medical/vision/prescription and dental insurance coverage during unpaid approved 27 FMLA/OFLA leave as required by law. Unpaid cost shares will be recovered from 28 employee when employee returns to paid status. 1 ii. If the employee remains on unpaid leave for more than 2 thirty (30) days after FMLA/OFLA leave is exhausted, the leave will be treated as an 3 unpaid leave of absence per “Subsection c.i” below, except that the last day of FMLA/ 4 OFLA leave will be deemed the employee’s last day in pay status.
