Focus Groups and Work Teams. 1. The School District shall be free to select from among all employees cov- ered by this Agreement, as members of other committees, agencies, or bodies such as research groups, curriculum committees and the like, those employees who have special skills, expertise and experience and who have demonstrated their competence in the appropriate area. Employees serving on such bodies shall in no way be considered to represent the Federation or any employees represented by it.
