FOI requests. You acknowledge and agree that, if you receive an information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”) in connection with the Agreement, you will promptly notify us of the request and, where the information request refers to Supplier’s Confidential Information, you will allow us sufficient time to raise an objection to the extent, type and/or nature of disclosure requested, and will work with us to agree the form and content of disclosure.
FOI requests. GBC cannot guarantee that the confidentiality of any information that is in the custody or control of GBC will be preserved if a request for access to it is made under FIPPA. To the extent permitted under FIPPA, GBC will inform Provider of any request made of GBC under FIPPA for any records related to this Agreement that may reveal a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information supplied in confidence by Provider to GBC so that Provider will have an opportunity to make representations to GBC with respect to their disclosure.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his/her designee.   • Loan Requests To obtain a Loan, Borrower shall make a request to Silicon by facsimile or telephone. Loan requests received after 12:00 Noon will not be considered by Silicon until the next Business Day. Silicon may rely on any telephone request for a Loan given by a person whom Silicon believes is an authorized representative of Borrower, and Borrower will indemnify Silicon for any loss Silicon suffers as a result of that reliance.

  • Requests Whenever practicable, employees shall submit written requests for sick leave, on forms furnished by the Appointing Authority, in advance of the period of absence. When advance notice is not possible, employees shall notify their supervisor by telephone or other means at the earliest opportunity.   • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process. 6.2 <<customer_name>> shall submit any BFR/NBR in writing to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager. The BFR/NBR shall specifically identify the requested service date, technical requirements, space requirements and/or such specifications that clearly define the request such that BellSouth has sufficient information to analyze and prepare a response. The BFR/NBR also shall include <<customer_name>>’s designation of the request as being (i) pursuant to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 or (ii) pursuant to the needs of the business.

  • Execution of requests 1. In order to comply with a request for assistance, the requested authority shall proceed, within the limits of its competence and available resources, as though it were acting on its own account or upon request of other authorities of that same Party, by supplying information already possessed, by carrying out appropriate inquiries, or by arranging for them to be carried out. This paragraph shall also apply to any other authority to which the request has been addressed by the requested authority when the latter cannot act on its own. 2. Requests for assistance shall be executed in accordance with the legal or regulatory provisions of the requested Party and the answer shall be sent at the latest within 120 days following the date of the receipt of the request. 3. Duly authorized officials of a Party may be present in the offices of the requested authority or any other concerned authority in accordance with paragraph 1, to obtain information related to activities that are or may be operations in breach of customs legislation which the applicant authority needs for purposes of this Chapter. 4. Duly authorized officials of a Party involved may be present at inquiries or verifications carried out in the territory of the other Party.

  • Borrowing Requests (i) The Borrower may request a Borrowing hereunder by submitting to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to each of the Paying Agent, the Servicer, the Backup Servicer and the Custodian) a written notice, substantially in the form of Exhibit B (each, a “Borrowing Request”) not later than 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the second (2nd) Business Day prior to the date of the proposed Borrowing (each, a “Borrowing Date”); provided, that there shall not be more than one (1) Borrowing Date during any calendar week (except as set forth in Section 2.02(e) following delivery of a Funding Delay Notice). Promptly after its receipt thereof, the Administrative Agent shall submit a copy of each Borrowing Request to each Managing Agent who shall promptly forward a copy thereof to the Lenders in its Lender Group. (ii) Each Borrowing Request shall: (A) specify (1) the amount of the requested Borrowing which amount shall be allocated among the Lender Groups based on the respective Conduit Lending Limits of the Conduit Lenders (or Commitments, if there are no Conduit Lenders in a Lender Group) in each Lender Group, (2) the Aggregate Loan Principal Balance after giving effect to such Borrowing, (3) the desired Borrowing Date, and (4) the account of the Borrower to which the proceeds of such Borrowing are to be remitted, (B) certify that, after giving effect to the proposed Borrowing, no Borrowing Base Deficiency would exist and (C) if any Eligible Timeshare Loans are being added to the Collateral in connection with such Borrowing, be accompanied by a duly completed Schedule I to such Borrowing Request which sets forth the required information regarding such Eligible Timeshare Loans.
