Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. To build and strengthen collaborative practices, phar- macists can use the following strategies, which were proposed by the APhA Foundation’s expert group: Use simple, understandable terms to describe the patient care services that pharmacists can provide. Educate other health care professionals about the value of including pharmacists on health care teams. Encourage other health professional organizations to work together when proposing changes to scope of practice laws. Set up or participate in interprofessional committees to discuss how scope of practice laws can expand the role of pharmacists and other health professionals in team-based care. Talk with local health care providers about entering into CPAs. Talk with payers about using viable business models to support pharmacists’ patient care services. Share appropriate health information with providers through the use of EHRs. Show relevant stakeholders the value of aligning incentives and reimbursement for all health care team members involved in patient care to improve health and decrease costs. Maintain strong, trusting, and mutually beneficial relationships with patients, doctors, and other providers and encourage those individuals to promote pharmacists’ patient care services. Expanding and promoting pharmacists’ patient care services at the local level can help key stakeholders understand the value of CPAs. Patients, doctors, and other health care pro- viders can share their positive experiences with pharmacists to affirm and promote the value that pharmacists bring to the health care system. They can also champion policies that support collaborative practices.

DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Deliverables shall be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions. Vendor Encouraging Members to bypass TIPS agreement Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor or through another agreement, when the Member has requested using the TIPS cooperative Agreement or price, and thereby bypassing the TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.
Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall: provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring; perform all terminations; and supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.
