Food Origin and Commodities Requirements. Consistent with existing requirements of the NSIP, the Sub-Recipient and its service providers may use NSIP cash to purchase foods of U.S. origin for their nutrition projects under Title III of the OAA. NSIP funds must be used to expand meal services to older adults.
