Food Safety Incidents. 3.7.1 Food Safety Incidents may be raised in the form of a food alert notification from the Food Standards Agency or by identification of a food officer.
Food Safety Incidents. All formal food alert warnings are investigated in line with the local interpretation of the recommended approach attached to each warning. The authority receives notification of each warning through the Environmental Health Communications Net e-mail. Each warning is copied and assessed with respect to action required, which is also recorded along with follow-up action. The statutory guidance contained in Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 Code of Practice is observed in relation to the identification and notification of incidents arising in Wolverhampton.

  • Data Incidents Merchant must report all instances of a Data Incident (as defined in the American Express Merchant Operating Guide) immediately to ISO after discovery of the incident. Merchant must ensure data quality and that Transaction Data and customer information is processed promptly, accurately, and completely, and complies with the American Express Technical Specifications. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
