Common use of For Basic Services Clause in Contracts

For Basic Services. The OWNER will pay the CONSULTANT in a lump sum amount of $199,925.32 as detailed in the attached Exhibit C “Cost Estimate” for services rendered under Section 1 as detailed in Exhibit A. Payment will be made pursuant to invoices submitted by the CONSULTANT with a signed voucher. Progress payments may be made upon completion of each component as detailed in Exhibit A or at the OWNER’s discretion based on work completed and documented on progress reports.
