Bidding Phase Services. The services for this phase will include the preparation of the Contract Documents for bidding with local funds, the distribution and sale of plans and contract documents, and participation in the evaluation of the bids for award. The CONSULTANT shall not charge any third party more than $50.00 for the specifications for this project and $1.00 per sheet for the plan sheets for this project.

Arrange and attend one (1) pre-bid meeting at the District’s office. Prepare minutes of pre-bid meeting and upload meeting minutes to PennBid web site. 5. Prepare and issue a maximum of two (2) addenda to interpret, clarify, or expand contract documents and upload to PennBid web site. 6. Participate in PennBid bid opening, prepare bid tabulation sheets, and evaluate bids received. 7. Review applicable qualification and experience data furnished by bidders. Review bid bonds submitted by bidders for conformance with contract documents. 8. Consult with District’s solicitor about completeness of bids received. 9. Provide District with recommendation about acceptance of bid and award of contract. 10. Prepare necessary agreement and bonds for execution by District and successful bidder and issue notice of intent to award.
