FOR FALL SEMESTER. This contr act must be canceled, in wr iting, by July 1 of the star t of the academic year covered by this contract, in order to receive a $190.00 refund of the room deposit ($200.00 less $10.00). Cancellations after July 1 but before August 15 of the start of the academic year covered forfeit $100.00 of the deposit ($200.00 less $100.00). Cancellations received after August 15 will forfeit entire $200.00 deposit. Residents canceling a reservation within 10 days of making the reservation will receive $190.00 refund ($200.00 less $10.00), provided they have not accepted a key at check- in.

FOR FALL SEMESTER. If You want to secure an assignment in the first group of new student assignments mailed out in mid April, the $350 payment ($50 nonrefundable reservation fee and $300 prepayment) must be received in the Housing Office or postmarked no later than March 30 in order to secure any assignment priority. Contracts submitted after March 30 must be accompanied by the $350 payment and will be processed by date priority.
FOR FALL SEMESTER. If written notice is received/postmarked by June 1, You will receive a full refund of the $300 pre-payment.

  • Fall Semester The ITRC chair will facilitate the second year of the tenure review process for each probationary faculty member.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare Rate or three dollars and seventy-nine cents ($3.79), whichever is higher to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid- Funded hour worked. Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in‐home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours. Effective July 1 2022, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare rate or three dollars and ninety-eight cents ($3.98), whichever is higher, to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Contributions required by Section 21.2 shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

  • Spring Semester Cancellation of this contract, for any reason, more than (5) five business days after receiving a room assignment will result in a Liquidated Fee of $500 to be placed on the student’s account.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

  • When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Distribution of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account must be made (or otherwise will be deemed made) no later than 30 days from the earlier of the beneficiary’s death or attainment of age 30. A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Dues Remittance The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.
