Student Assignments. Where operational needs allow, teachers at the Department of Youth Services shall be notified a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the assignment of a new student or students to their classes. This requirement excludes orientation and assessment periods. Teachers at the Department of Youth Services may access new student information online. At all other agencies, this minimum shall continue to be forty-eight (48) hours.
Student Assignments. The schedules for the Internship shall be mutually agreed between the Student, College and Agency prior to the beginning of the Internship.

Student Assignments. WSSU and the Facility are mutually responsible for planning the schedule and number of the student assignments to the Facility. Each party shall notify the other of changes in curriculum and staff that may affect the Experience. WSSU shall provide written notice to the Facility of full-time student assigned to it at least sixty (60) days prior to their arrival. The notice shall include the name of each student and the objectives for Experience. Student Conduct. WSSU and the Facility shall ensure that students assigned to the Facility adhere to the practices, rules, regulations, and holiday schedule of the Facility while assigned there.
