For Lieutenants Assigned to Patrol Division. All actual time worked in excess of 80 hours in a given work period, by Lieutenants for the fourteen (14) consecutive day work period shall be paid overtime at one and a half (1 1/2) times the regular hourly rate of pay. In order for an employee to be compensated for time actually worked in excess of the 80 hours in a work period, the overtime must be ordered and approved at the sole discretion of the City. There shall be no pyramiding of pay for purposes of overtime computation.
