For Los Angeles Only. The Court will provide CFI at least ten days’ written notice of any new employee orientation session that includes at least one interpreter and the time that CFI may address the new interpreter employee(s). One CFI representative or Shop Xxxxxxx may address interpreter(s) for up to 60 minutes during the orientation. If a Shop Xxxxxxx conducts the orientation session, the Court will release that employee with pay for the duration of the presentation. Nothing herein precludes a Court Human Resources employee from attending any portion of the orientation. Within 30 days of hire, or by the first pay period of the month following the hire, the Court will provide to CFI the name, job title, primary work location/home court, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email address and home address on file with the Court of all newly hired interpreters, except as provided by law. During orientation, the Court will advise new employees that their personal contact information will be provided to the Union. Nothing in this provision governs or alters the current New Employee Orientation practices at the San Xxxx Obispo and Santa Xxxxxxx County Courts.
