(hereinafter “Contractor”), with its principal place of business at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000. The foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
Local Residents (a) A local resident is an individual who resides within a seventy-five (75) kilometer radius of the centre of a job site which is beyond daily commuting distance from Edmonton or Calgary or other locations where a hiring hall is located, and has resided within such radius of the site for a period of not less than six months prior to being engaged on the project. It is understood that the hiring of local residents shall be subject to the hiring procedures and prerogatives set out in this agreement.

The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.
Multiple Residents Each resident of an Apartment is jointly and severally liable with the other residents of the Apartment for all lease obligations relating to Common Areas and utilities; however, only you are liable for the lease obligations relating to your bedspace and the payment of your Rental Installments. You are not liable for any of your fellow residents’ obligations as to their bedspace and their rental installments payable to us.
President’s Leave The Employer shall authorize a leave of absence with pay for the President of the Association. The leave of absence with pay shall be taken for a two-year period beginning two (2) weeks after written notice by the Association to the Bureau of Employee Relations and the newly-elected President’s agency. During such leave of absence with pay, the President shall continue to receive and retain all of his/her wages, rights, benefits, and seniority as a state employee except that all leave accumulation shall be frozen for the duration of the leave of absence. Upon returning from the leave of absence, the President shall resume earning leave at the rates appropriate to his/her service at the time of return. The Employer agrees that there shall be no action taken with respect to the President or the President’s state position prior to or following his/her return from the leave of absence because of his/her legal union activities. The Association agrees to reimburse the Employer for the full cost of the wages and benefits for the President, and to indemnify the Employer against any and all liabilities associated with the leave of absence, including but not limited to workers' compensation.
The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
Montana Residents A Montana resident may cancel his or her Associate Agreement within 15 days from the date on which this application is submitted and may return his or her sales kit within such time and is entitled to a full refund for the sales kit and for any other consideration he/she paid within such time period to participate in the program.
Assistant Professor An Assistant Professor is a member of a Faculty of the University who shall ordinarily have the following minimum qualifications:
