FOR PROJECTS WITH FUNDS APPROPRIATED FROM GENERAL LEE COUNTY REVENUES. The CONSULTANT for itself, its successors in interest, and assigns as part of the consideration thereof, does hereby covenant and agree that in the furnishing of services to COUNTY hereunder, no person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, handicap, or sex shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination. The CONSULTANT shall comply with Lee County's Affirmative Action Plan or state laws in the hiring of sub-consultants. CONSULTANTS who are uncertain of their obligation must obtain a copy of all relevant guidelines concerning Lee County's Affirmative Action Plan from the Lee County Department of Equal Opportunity.

  • Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.   • Medical/Dental Expense Account The Employer agrees to allow insurance eligible employees to participate in a medical and dental expense reimbursement program to cover co- payments, deductibles and other medical and dental expenses or expenses for services not covered by health or dental insurance on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law or regulation, up to the maximum amount of salary reduction contributions allowed per calendar year under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable federal law.
