Subscription Notice Period definition

Subscription Notice Period means the minimum notice period for cancelling a Subscription Service as set out in the Proposal.

  • At the end of the Subscription Initial Period the Subscription Services shall automatically extend for further Subscription Renewal Periods unless either party gives written notice of at least the Subscription Notice Period (or 90 days if no Subscription Notice Period is specified) such notice to expire at the end of the Subscription Initial Period or then- current Subscription Renewal Period.

  • Subscription Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
