Forfeiture of Reinstatement Rights. An employee shall forfeit further reinstatement rights by failing to respond to a job offer from KVH regarding the employee’s intent to return to work within seven (7) calendar days after the date the signed receipt of certified mail is received. Recall notice is sent by certified mail to the employee’s last address on record with KVH.
