Form of Agreements. The requirements of this section apply to all agreements except marine terminal agreements and assessment agreements.
Form of Agreements. So far as the law of the Cayman Islands is concerned, each of this Agreement and the Deposit Agreement is in proper form under the laws of the Cayman Islands for the enforcement thereof against the Company, subject in so far as such enforcement may be limited as more particularly set forth below.
Form of Agreements. Medical Group shall maintain employment ------------------ agreements with all Medical Group Physicians (individually, an "Employment Agreement"). Such Employment Agreements shall be in substantially the form attached hereto as Annex A-1 with respect to Medical Group Physicians who are assigned to a Pod that was created prior to July 31, 1997 (each a "Founding Pod"), and in substantially the form attached hereto as Annex A-2 with respect to Medical Group Physicians who are assigned to a Pod that is created on or after July 31, 1997 (each an "Additional Pod"), in each case with such changes as may be agreed upon by PQC and Medical Group and approved by the Joint Policy Board. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Medical Group shall not amend any Employment Agreements nor waive any rights thereunder without the prior written approval of PQC. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Medical Group shall not offer, agree to or amend any salary, benefit or other compensation terms with a Medical Group Physician except as expressly approved by PQC in writing.

Form of Agreements. All agreements, certificates and other documents required to be delivered pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement for which a form is not attached hereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form, scope and substance to Sellers.
Form of Agreements. Developer and all Vertical Developers, Construction Contractors (and their subcontractors regardless of tier) and Permanent Employers must comply with the applicable provisions of this Program. This Program will be administered through two separate forms of agreement as described in Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of this Jobs EOP, respectively:
Form of Agreements. Any Agreement shall include security, collateral, default, remedy, termination, and other terms, conditions, provisions and safeguards as deemed necessary or desirable by the Treasurer. All Agreements shall be payable only in the currency of the United States of America. Each transaction shall be evidenced by a Confirmation setting forth the payment terms, notional amount and amortization.
Form of Agreements. VCH anticipates that it may enter into separate Project Development Agreements for each of the Facilities. VCH further anticipates that it may enter into separate Services Agreements for each of the Facilities, or one Services Agreement for multiple Facilities, whether they are in one CoC or in multiple CoCs. It is intended that the Project Development Agreements and the Services Agreements will be substantially based on the illustrative forms of agreement attached as Appendix G1 and Appendix G2, respectively, all as may be further negotiated and agreed to by VCH and the Service Provider(s). The forms of agreement attached as Appendix G1 and Appendix G2 may not be complete or comprehensive and are provided as illustrative examples only of the Project Development Agreement and the Services Agreement, respectively, to indicate the type of agreements that VCH intends to enter into with the Service Provider(s). VCH is not obligated or bound to use the forms of agreement attached as Appendix G1 and Appendix G2 as the final execution forms of the Project Development Agreement(s) and the Services Agreement(s). The final execution forms of the Project Development Agreement(s) and the Services Agreement(s) may vary, depending upon the nature of the Responses and the Solution Proposals, as well as the negotiations between VCH and the Service Providers. VCH reserves the right to negotiate, amend, modify and/or delete any of the terms and conditions in the final execution forms of the Project Development Agreement(s) and/or the Services Agreement(s) and/or add new terms and conditions thereto.
Form of Agreements. The Parties agree that any Starry Access Agreement and/or Starry Telecommunications License Agreement executed by any Portfolio Building pursuant to the terms of this Agreement will be in substantially the forms attached as Exhibits to this Agreement, with such changes as are required by specific building and/or legal requirements, if any. The Parties further agree that the Parties’ intent is that the only changes to such agreements that may be requested by a Portfolio Building will be those required (a) by applicable law, rule or regulation; or (b) to avoid a conflict with existing agreement(s) in place binding the building.
Form of Agreements. Where under this Agreement (i) one or more Parties to this Agreement undertake to, and shall, enter into a further agreement after the date hereof and (ii) such further agreement to be entered into is attached hereto as an annex, the Parties undertake towards each other to negotiate in good faith, and to mutually agree, the finals terms of such further agreement.
