Form of Budget. Budgets must be proposed in substantially the form set out in Annexure G and be negotiated, agreed and adopted by the Company and the Association in writing within seven (7) days of the Association providing a proposed Budget to Company.

Form of Budget. REVOLVING CREDIT AND GUARANTEE AGREEMENT, dated as of September 30, 2003 (the "Agreement"), by and among IMPATH INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Borrower"), IMPATH PREDICTIVE ONCOLOGY, INC., a Delaware corporation, MEDICAL REGISTRY SERVICES, INC. a Delaware corporation, IMPATH INFORMATION SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation, TAMTRON CORPORATION, a California corporation and IMPATH PHYSICIAN SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Guarantors"), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the "Lenders") and FLEET NATIONAL BANK, as administrative agent (in such capacity, the "Administrative Agent").
Form of Budget. The budget shall be submitted to the City Manager in a form identified by the City Manager or designee.

  • Modification of Budget Upon written approval of County, Subrecipient shall have the authority to transfer allocated program funds from one category of the overall program Budget to another category of the overall Budget. No such transfer may be made without the express prior written approval of County. A modification of the Budget may include the addition of any new Budget category.‌

  • Amendments to the Form of Adr SECTION 3.01. All references in the form of ADR to the number of Shares represented by each ADS is amended to reflect that each ADS represents two Shares. SECTION 3.03. The form of ADR, reflecting the amendments set forth herein, is amended and restated to read as set forth as Exhibit A hereto.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Form of Amendments (a) Promptly after the execution of any amendment, supplement or consent pursuant to Section 8.1 or 8.2, the Owner Trustee shall furnish written notification of the substance of such amendment or consent to each Unaffiliated Certificateholder and the Indenture Trustee. (b) It shall not be necessary for the consent of Certificateholders, the Noteholders or the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 8.2 to approve the particular form of any proposed amendment or consent, but it shall be sufficient if such consent shall approve the substance thereof. (c) Promptly after the execution of any amendment to the Certificate of Trust, the Owner Trustee shall cause the filing of such amendment with the Secretary of State. (d) Prior to the execution of any amendment to this Agreement or the Certificate of Trust, the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to receive and conclusively rely upon an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such amendment is authorized or permitted by this Agreement. The Owner Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such amendment which affects the Owner Trustee’s own rights, duties or immunities under this Agreement or otherwise.

  • EXHIBIT E Contractor agrees to maintain business records documenting its compliance with the HSP and to submit a monthly compliance report to University in the format required by the Statewide Procurement and Statewide Support Services Division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts or successor entity (collectively, SPSS). Submission of compliance reports will be required as a condition for payment under this Agreement. If University determines that Contractor has failed to subcontract as set out in the HSP, University will notify Contractor of any deficiencies and give Contractor an opportunity to submit documentation and explain why the failure to comply with the HSP should not be attributed to a lack of good faith effort by Contractor. If University determines that Contractor failed to implement the HSP in good faith, University, in addition to any other remedies, may report nonperformance to the SPSS in accordance with 34 TAC §§20.285(g)(5), 20.585 and 20.586. University may also revoke this Agreement for breach and make a claim against Contractor.
