Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. 6.1 Any payments of the Escrowed Funds by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of this Escrow Agreement shall be made by wire transfer unless directed to be made by check by the Escrowing Parties.
Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. 11.1. Any payments by the Escrow Agent to subscribers or to the persons other than the Company pursuant to the terms of this Escrow Agreement shall be made by check, payable to the order of each respective subscriber or other person.

(a) Any payments by the Escrow Agent to Investors or to persons other than the Company or the Selling Stockholders pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be by wire transfer of immediately available funds. The Company shall pay the Escrow Agent a $25 fee for each such wire transfer.
Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. All amounts referred to herein are expressed in United States Dollars and all payments by the Escrow Agent shall be made in such dollars.

(a) Any payments by the Escrow Agent to the Company or any other persons entitled to receipt of any of the Escrowed Funds, pursuant to the terms of this Post-Closing Escrow Agreement, shall be made, at the sole discretion of the Escrow Agent either (i) by check, or (ii) by wire transfer to such persons, pursuant to the wire instructions provided to the Escrow Agent.
Form of Payments by Escrow Agent. 6.1 Any payments by the Escrow Agent to the Company or the Buyers or to persons other than the Company or the Buyers pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be made by check or wire transfer to the bank accounts of the Company and the Buyers, as the case may be, the details of which are provided in Exhibit A, attached hereto, payable to the order of each respective person.
