Formal Dress a. Photography and Recording at Public Performances: i) Concerts The Society welcomes patrons and musicians to take photographs inside the concert hall before or after the concert and at intermission. During performances, all unauthorized photography and recording (per Article X 1.) of the orchestra is strictly prohibited. The Society shall ensure that patrons, and the theatre staff in charge of admitting patrons into the hall, are made aware that unauthorized recording and photography are prohibited once the concert begins. The use of cameras, smartphones, and/or other recording devices for commercial reproduction or sale is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Society and the Windsor Federation of Musicians.

  • Formal Evaluation All formal evaluations of personnel shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the employee concerned by an administrator or supervisor of the District.

  • Formal Stage Step 1 a) Where OSSTF decides to proceed with a grievance, it shall commit the grievance to writing, setting out the facts of the grievance together with the provisions of the Agreement claimed to have been violated and indicating the relief sought and shall deliver the same to the Principal or Supervisor within twenty (20) days from the time of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance or when the employee ought reasonably to have become aware of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance under this Collective Agreement. b) The Principal or immediate supervisor or designate, shall meet with the grievor(s) and the designate OSSTF representative(s) within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance. The Principal or immediate supervisor or designate shall forward the written decision to OSSTF within five (5) days of such meeting. a) Failing settlement at Step 1, OSSTF may submit the grievance, in writing, to the Director or designate within five (5) days of receiving the decision at Step 1. b) The Director or designate shall meet with the designated OSSTF representative(s) within ten (10) days from the receipt of the grievance. The grievor(s) may attend such meeting at the request of the OSSTF representative(s). The Director or designate shall forward a written decision to OSSTF within five (5) days of such meeting. If no settlement is reached, OSSTF may submit the grievance to arbitration within twenty (20) days of receipt of the response as follows:

  • Drug Free Work Place Grantee shall establish and maintain a drug-free work place policy.

  • Teaching Load 11-1 The parties recognize that the number of students, the number of preparations, and the amount of planning time are related to student performance. 11-2 CLASS SIZE 11-2-1 The parties recognize that class size is related to economics and that reduction of class size is faced with fiscal constraints. The parties further recognize that it is not feasible at this time to set general numerical limitations upon class size because of physical space available, special programs, special student needs, attendance area variances, differences in scheduling systems, busing, and because of other variable causes affecting class size.   • Development Standards For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement.   • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.
