Formal Level I. a. Within five days after an informal conference that fails to satisfy the grievant, the grievant must present his/her grievance in writing. b. This statement shall be a clear, concise statement of the grievance, the specific section of the collective bargaining agreement allegedly violated, the circumstances involved, the decision rendered at the informal conference, and the specific remedy sought. c. The building principal shall communicate his/her decision in writing to the employee and the Association within five days after receiving the grievance. Failure to do so shall be deemed a negative final decision. d. Failure by a grievant to file a grievance in writing within the specified time limit shall constitute a waiver of the grievance and no further action under this procedure shall be taken.
