Formal Written Grievance to Employee's Supervisor. If the employee chooses to formally pursue his/her grievance, he/she or his/her representative shall present the written grievance to his/her immediate supervisor within five (5) working days after the date upon which the grieving employee informally discusses the grievance with the supervisor.
