Formula for Calculating Hourly Wage Rate. To calculate the hourly wage rate for full-time and regular part-time employees, the following formula shall be applied to the monthly salary set out in Appendix A of this collective agreement. "Monthly salary x 12 divided by 1820 hours = hourly rate"
