Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.
Non-Bargaining Unit Personnel It is understood and agreed that there are times when non-bargaining unit employees may be required to perform work customarily performed by bargaining unit employees. It is also understood that Supervisors and others will be required to work with tools only to meet requirements under the conditions listed below. Therefore, the Company shall have the right to utilize non-bargaining unit employees under one or more of the following conditions:
New Members No person may be admitted as a member of the Company without the approval of the Member.
Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.
Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust. After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Example: The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half. If your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45. Remember that this is a ceiling discount. You can discount lower than the contract coefficient, but not higher.
New Member Orientation The Employer will notify the Union of any newly represented temporary employees. The Union will be given the opportunity to have a Union representative speak with the newly represented temporary employees for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.
TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.
SERS PICK-UP A. For purposes of this Article, total annual salary and salary per pay period for each member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member’s deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Employment Retirement System (“SERS”) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member and shall be paid by the Board to SERS on behalf of said member as a “pickup” of the SERS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member’s cash salary shall be equal to said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period less the amount, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board’s total combined expenditures for members’ total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to SERS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect.
Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.
