Forum for discussion of employment equity. The parties agree to discuss employment equity at the Labour- Management Committee. The Board agrees to consult the Union prior to making any changes in its employment equity policy. At the discretion of the Union, up to three (3) members of the Union’s Human Rights Committee may attend Labour- Management for that portion of the meeting when employment equity discussions are scheduled to take place.
