FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. The Foundation will keep on file and make available to the LARPD updated copies of all enabling documents including the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and any amendments to these documents. The LARPD General Manager or designee will review these documents as needed.
FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. WPF will keep on file and make available to the WPRD upon request copies of any and all WPF records and documents, including, without limitation, donation, financial, accounting, and enabling documents, such as Form 990s, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws and any amendments to these documents. The WPRD Director or their designee will review these documents as needed.
FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. Includes the annual accounts, charter of foundation and governing documents of SIWI, SWF, and FMS.
FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. Tenant hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in the Amended and Restated Declaration for Xxxxxxxxx Lake (the “Declaration”), the By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations of Xxxxxxxxx Lake Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Governing Documents”); all of which are acknowledged by the Tenant and the Landlord to apply to the leased premises (the “Property”) for the term of the lease. Furthermore; Xxxxxx agrees to assume all duties and responsibilities and be jointly and severally liable with the Landlord for all liabilities and responsibilities and for the performance of all obligations applicable to Owners under the Governing Documents, the failure of Tenant to abide by the terms and conditions of the Governing Documents shall be a default under this Lease. However, Landlord, in all events, shall retain the right to exercise any voting rights associated with the Property. In the event Tenant or its guests should violate any provision of the Governing Documents, the Parties acknowledge that the Foundation has full power and authority to take whatever action may be required in the Foundation’s sole discretion to enforce its rights under the Governing Documents, including, but not limited to, eviction of Tenant, fines, injunctive release, or a cause of action for damages.
FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. The Foundation shall keep on file with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department updated copies of all of its enabling documents including the Articles of Incorporation, bylaws and any amendments to these documents. The City’s Parks and Recreation Department Director or his or her designee shall review these documents annually.
FOUNDATION DOCUMENTS. The Company shall have provided Parent with the foundation documents ("Grundungsdokumente") of CFC Europe GmbH and CFC International (Europe) GmbH within fourteen (14) days after the date hereof, which foundation documents shall evidence the valid existence of such entities.

This Accord will provide a platform for mutual recognition of the substantial equivalence of the engineering academic qualifications and for promotion of mobility of engineering work force for AAP Graduate Engineers, AAP Graduate Engineering Technologists and AAP Graduate Engineering Technicians.

Smart Tourism Strategy A strategy that sets out the vision for tourism and events in the Western Bay of Plenty sub-region and action plan to achieve that vision. Sport and Active Living Strategy A strategy and implementation plan for the development and provision of sport and active recreation in Tauranga that delivers on Tauranga Tomorrow and SmartGrowth direction. Open Space Strategy A strategy that sets the direction for maintaining and building Tauranga’s open space network and decision making framework to support the acquisition of land.
