Implementation Plans. Contractor, in collaboration with the County, shall assist in the development of strategic planning tools and information pertaining to a new technology solution. These planning tools shall assist the County with implementation of recommendations derived from the work described above. The suggested implementation plans shall show a breakdown on estimated costs and staffing implications associated with each recommendation and also give a projected time line and project duration for implementation at each jail facility.

Implementation Plans. The CONTRACTOR shall incorporate appropriate sections of the “Scope of Work and Budget” and description of allowable incentives in accordance with the incentives guidance provided to the CONTRACTOR by WSDOT as set forth in Section 10 of this AGREEMENT, as well as the WSDOT-approved Administrative Work Plan, in all agreements with an eligible contracting partner(s), as necessary, to coordinate the development, implementation, and administration of such CTR and/or GTEC plans, and in compliance with applicable ordinances.

Implementation Plans. Scope of this Agreement This agreement authorizes those activities identified and analyzed in the AB subject to the terms and conditions in Section 5 below.

Implementation Plans. Upon the applicable dates set forth in the Transformation Plan or Attachment 3-C, Service Provider shall deliver to DIR for DIR's review, comment and approval detailed plans for the implementation of transformational activities during the succeeding period. Unless otherwise requested by Service Provider and agreed by DIR in its sole discretion, such implementation plans shall be based on and shall be consistent in all material respects with the Transformation Plan. Such implementation plans shall identify each transformational activity to be performed by Service Provider Personnel and the particular changes in technology and processes to be implemented. If approved by DIR, each such plan shall become a part of the Transformation Plan and shall be deemed incorporated in Exhibit 20 without the need for further action by the Parties.

Implementation Plans. F6 Should States and Territories wish to update their Implementation Plans, the Plan should outline the activities, funding allocations, timeframes, relationship with relevant Commonwealth or state-funded activities and expected improvements to service delivery of each project. The Plan may be published online. Implementation Plans should also outline how State and Territory funding and reform plans link with national reform directions. F7 States and Territories may provide implementation details relating to this Schedule in a single consolidated Implementation Plan covering more than one of the Schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will accept a consolidated Implementation Plan, provided it explicitly and separately covers each individual Schedule’s objectives.

Implementation Plans. States opting to participate in this Agreement are agreeing to participate in all of the facilitation reforms and will develop Implementation Plans which, as a minimum will:
